Organoleptic card

The extremely fine perlage gives movement and vibrancy to this Moscato, characterized by its bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, it opens with elegant aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit and fresh citrus notes, enriched by hints of lime, grapefruit, and mandarin.

On the palate, it is lively, fresh, and pleasantly sweet, with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.

Surprisingly versatile in food pairings: ideal with crostini topped with butter and anchovies, but also excellent with medium-aged cheeses such as Castelmagno DOP. Best served at 5 °C.
