The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected. This is followed by gentle pressing, with particular attention to protection from oxygen to preserve aromatic freshness and the integrity of the fruit, and fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature.

Bright straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas of pear, white peach and wildflowers, accompanied by subtle hints of aromatic herbs.

On the palate, it is fresh, elegant and well-balanced, with a pleasant minerality and a fine texture. The finish is clean and persistent.

Ideal with starters and first courses, it pairs perfectly with fish and shellfish. Also excellent as an aperitif.
