Production Characteristics

Vinification

The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by extended maceration to ensure full extraction of structure, complexity, and aromatic depth.

Refinement

Aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 38 months, followed by further bottle aging.

Organoleptic card

A luminous garnet-red color introduces a Barolo of remarkable elegance and depth. The nose opens gradually, revealing layers of rose petals, dried violets, and red berries, evolving into nuanced hints of spice, tobacco, licorice, and delicate balsamic notes.

On the palate, it is structured, refined, and beautifully balanced. Firm yet polished tannins provide backbone and longevity, while vibrant acidity sustains freshness and precision. The finish is long, complex, and captivating.

Serve at 16–18 °C.
